How quickly will you respond to my message?

Absolutely! We'd love to welcome you. Visit our store in person to explore our wallpaper collection, feel the quality and get expert advice from our team. Whether you're looking for a ready-made roll or planning a custom wallpaper project our in-store team is happy to guide you every step of the way.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. If you have not received your tracking details please contact us with your order number and we will assist you immediately.

I have a bulk or corporate order, who should I contact?
For bulk orders, corporate projects, office wallpapers, hotel installations or real estate projects please email us directly WhatsApp us with your project details. We offer special pricing and dedicated support for large orders.
I received a damaged product, what should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage. Our team will resolve the issue for you immediately either with a replacement or a full refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery. However we do accept returns in one specific case, if your product arrives damaged. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and our team will resolve it immediately with a replacement or refund.
